Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time


Standard shipping is available to most locations.

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days for delivery after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or holidays.

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping


International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. ETPRSU is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages


ETPRU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file an inquiry.

Address Responsibility


You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
