ETPRSU Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility


  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Custom, personalized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ETPRSU is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

4. Refund Processing


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective merchandise).

5. Exchanges


For exchanges (size, color, or style), please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Direct exchanges are not available.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or free replacement.
